|Come to Boise Towne Square and walk for health. We open our Main Entrance doors seven days a week from 5:30am - 9:30am with a safe, year-round (except Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas), climate-controlled fitness opportunity. If you walk the Lower Level, you will have walked .71 miles; the Upper Level is .73 miles. Total distance for both levels if you walk around each alcove and food court is 1.44 miles. Please note that our corridors are designed for walking only. Running and jogging are not allowed in the mall.
Boise Towne Square support the American Red Cross through a national partnership, allowing immediate response to local, national and international disasters such as earthquakes, flooding, tornados and wildfires. Mall signage, websites and social media are used to encourage support for those in need in times of crisis.
The first few hours are the most important when it comes to finding missing children. When there is an active AMBER Alert in the community, signage will be placed in the mall in high traffic locations. Thousands of shoppers will have access to the information, giving tremendous advantage to law enforcement working against the clock to reunite these children with their families.
Boise Towne Square has partnered with Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity to work on elimination of poverty housing in our community. This is a part of a national partnership between General Growth Properties (GGP) and Habitat for Humanity International. Since 2007, participating malls and our shoppers have raised $3.2 million in cash donations, sponsorships and ReStore donations to help local Habitat affiliates build homes in communities.
